Serviceline, one of the biggest and most highly regarded employers in Letchworth are looking to recruit a Technical Desk Manager to be based within our Letchworth Operations Centre.

Your Role:

• To provide technical support facility to the field-based engineering teams, nationwide, across the full equipment range including catering and refrigeration.
• To provide timely and accurate technical support to business operations.
• To liaise and deal with customer queries.
• To maintain an accurate and informative Technical Library for equipment within the customer estate.

Ideal Candidate

• High degree of knowledge in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Customer Service Focused
• High level of knowledge in catering & refrigeration equipment.
• High degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken.
