Training & developing our people is vital to operational success. Continual investment in our employees is key from induction to regular ongoing training to build on knowledge.

With a purpose-built Training Academy on-site in Bury, our MV+6 Training Team deliver structured City & Guilds accredited daily coaching and development to all our operational divisions. This centre is leading the way by providing the training, qualifications and development that our employees need to build successful careers and face the challenges

CHARITY & THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

At Miller’s ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ is a way of life, we strive to ensure that all our employees feel valued but to also give back to the local community and charities. Some our recent fundraising includes:

– Bury/Ukraine, delivering supply aid to Poland for Ukrainian Refugees
– Welsh 3 Peaks, completed in 24 hours raising money for Ukraine
– FGRS Community Hub, performed a technical deep clean on a community hub kitchen being turned into a local food bank and cafe.
